NEW NETTELLER
PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS


As MVB continues to focus on customer information security, NetTeller passwords should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum password length of 8 and maximum length of 12

  • Password will require at least
    (1) Alpha Character, (1) Numeric Digit and (1) Special Character

  • Passwords cannot be one of 4 previously used passwords

  • Recommended NetTeller customers change their passwords every 90 days.

ACH CREDIT
TRANSACTION POSTING CHANGE

Beginning March 1, 2013, all incoming electronic credits will be credited to your MVB account on the date you are due the funds. Previously, MVB allowed customers access to these funds prior to the funds due date.

You must sign up for Direct Deposit with MVB by 3/1.
